If your equipment is new, we may be able to extend the original warranty with a complete maintenance contract. If your craftsmen or operators are already doing a portion of your maintenance, we can tailor a custom service plan that makes sure your equipment is taken care of without adding unnecessary cost to your budget.

  • Personal Service Laptops: Expedite dispatching, store service history, and access product manuals for any on-site questions

  • Equipment: Every service vehicle carries tools and common spare parts

  • Service History: Electronic and hard copy files detailing the service history of your equipment going all the way back to the original BOM

  • Detailed Documentation: Written service report documenting our work and providing recommendations before we leave your site

  • Environmental Concerns: Documented, third party audited Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) program that will comply with your requirements

  • Full Service Support: Local Inside Sales, Purchasing, and Stocked Inventory to support our field service programs

  • Personal Service Coordinators: Qualified staff that works with your own planners so any service and repair jobs fit your schedule

  • Local Contract Administration: Personnel to ensure we meet your expectations for contract compliance, terms, and conditions
